But when it is due to negligence or lack of knowledge of the proper management of information it can have a negative and even catastrophic impact on SOS Children’s Villages. An interruption of organisational routines would be only one of the consequences, as it can cause damage to the reputation of the Organisation and a devaluation of the brand, the loss of public trust, claims and desertion of donors, loss of income, legal actions for damages to third parties, among others.

To know the basics and regulations of Information Security and its management to apply them in the daily work, protecting the information and guaranteeing the confidentiality of sensitive data in order to prevent or minimise damages or risks that may have a negative impact on the Organisation.
