Course summary:
Welcome to SOS Children’s Villages, 1.5 hour, e-learning course on preventing sexual harassment, exploitation and abuse (PSHEA). This course will introduce you to key PSHEA concepts, enable you to recognise SHEA risks, and encourage you to identify what you can do to support a preventative culture within SOS Children’s Villages. The course provides you with some practical advice, tools and practice that will help you prevent harm from occurring.

This course does not equip learners to respond to SHEA incidents. Responding to incidents is covered in SOS Children’s Villages Misconduct Management Regulations.
PURPOSE
This course has been specially created for all SOS Children’s Villages staff and partners to help us understand our measures and responsibilities for Preventing Sexual Harassment Exploitation and Abuse (PSHEA).
The course was designed using survey information and questionnaires from across SOS Children’s Villages and with the input of a design stakeholder group made up of staff from a range of our offices and work.
